 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Eric Raymond Glass: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)

Dustin Joseph Barrett: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Laura Marie Guinn: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Charles Edward Quick: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Timothy Tyrone Rice: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony)

Mark E. Mccray: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Austin Mark Johnson: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Miquis A. Smith: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)
