 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Xzereus Socrates Dlamini: Theft of a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer (Class A misdemeanor), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Michael Edward Loftus: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Mario Bradley: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Carl Jay Cooper Jr.: Burglary (Level 3 Felony), Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony)

Myron Satonka Pruden: Failure to register as a sex or violent offender (Level 5 Felony)

Jaime Michelle Torres: Attempt Battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Charles William Barker: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)
