VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Jake Colton Daniels: Robbery resulting in bodily injury (Level 3 Felony), Armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 3 Felony), Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony)

Kye L. Glosson: Robbery resulting in bodily injury (Level 3 Felony), Armed robbery (Level 3 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 3 Felony), Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Tye J. Kruse: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Allan Thomas Poe: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor)

Calvin Q. Stiff: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Heanie Ann Hazelwood: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph Aaron Barfield: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Omobea Kotea Miller: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Paula J. Smith: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)
