 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Kelly Gene Skelton: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Joshua Ray Smith: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Jordan Edward Staten-Dial: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Michael F. Hertel: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

John Webster Koch: Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Devin M. Bradford: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)
