 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Markus Cornelia Hall: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Megan Brooke Darby: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Erick Paul Johnson: Attempt  Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Timothy Barker Jr.: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Christopher Michael Billman: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Allison Marie Skelton: Burglary (Level 4 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Triston James Giolitto: Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Interference with the reporting of a crime (Class A misdemeanor)

Karl Jay Gentry: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Charles L. Sullivan Sr: Domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Tristan Lamont Harris: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Mykel Antwain Grissett: Theft (Level 6 Felony)
