VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Tyler R. Quick: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)

Brian Nicholas Wilke: Pointing a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Pointing a firearm (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Eric Stephen Stucker: Fraud on a financial institution (Level 5 Felony), Fraud on a financial institution (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Fraud on a financial institution (Level 5 Felony), Forgery (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Forgery (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Reckless driving (Class C misdemeanor), Speeding (C infraction), Disregarding stop sign (C infraction)

Jerrel D. Greer: Rape (Level 3 Felony), Sexual misconduct with a minor (Level 4 Felony), Criminal confinement (Level 6 Felony)

Isaiah Milik Baker: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)
