 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Charles Welsey Chaplin: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Zachary Lee Johnson: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

James Christopher Barth: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony)

Jordan Raymond Beard: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)
