 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Terry Arnez Merriweather: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Jacob Dalton Beyers: Attempt Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor), Disorderly conduct (Class B misdemeanor)

Robert Alan Burns: Theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetmaine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Corey Marshawn Green: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Speeding (C infraction)

Sherri Dawn Parrish: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Roosevelt Jason Van Clay: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Christina Jean Barenganger: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony)

Andrew Lee Unser: Failure of a sex offender to possess identification (Level 6 Felony), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

John Thomas Caldwell: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)
