VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Caleb Michael Smith: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class C misdemeanor)

Justen L. Reed: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Keyvan Shamaal Fellows: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Erik Wayne Zack: Battery resulting in bodily injury to a public safety official (Level 5 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Shana Lavonne Axton: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Stephen Eugene Hayhurst: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)
