 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Michael L. Lowe: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony)

Jason Daniel Seibert: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)

Rashid Armead Caruthers: Neglect of a dependent resulting in death (Level 1 Felony)

William Clayton Jackson: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Natasha R. Wheeler: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony)

James Lee Bell: Criminal confinement (Level 3 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Done Raishijon Morris: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Unlawful possession of a firearm by a domestic batterer (Class A misdemeanor)

Adrian Romain Armstead: Sexual battery (Level 6 Felony), Sexual battery (Level 6 Felony), Public intoxication (Class B misdemeanor)

Dimetri Taylor-Cosley: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony)

Andrew Paul Watts: Forgery (Level 6 Felony)

Chad Leroy Goodwin: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 2 Felony)
