 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Kelly Marie Lacer: Robbery (Level 5 Felony), Attempt Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Attempt Failure to remain at the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Darrell Lee Wetzel: Criminal trespass (Level 6 Felony)

Pierre Kenneth Johnston: Operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (Level 5 Felony), False informing (Class B misdemeanor)

Emmanuel Tashaje Crowe: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

James Hanley Cowan: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Wendy Clair Russell: Dealing in marijuana (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph Aaron Barfield :Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Disregarding stop sign (C infraction), Disregarding automatic signal (C infraction)
