VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

George D. Jones Jr.: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Intimidation (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Kandice Darlene Rhodes: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony)

Davron Nicole Ceesay: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

Dairis Lamar Johnson: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Brandon James Ellis: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Level 6 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)
