VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Juan Harris Moore: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Strangulation  (Level 6 Felony)

Zee Lee Curry: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony)

Jessie Ciara Antey: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person (Level 6 Felony), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor)

Diamante Martes Martin: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor)

Jason R. Wilkinson: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony)

Jerel Nathaniel Howard: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)
