 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Roy Allen Griest Jr.: Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Class C misdemeanor), Driving the wrong way on posted one-way roadway (C infraction), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Steven Brian Nail: Murder, Robbery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 2 Felony), Abuse of a corpse (Level 6 Felony)

Anthony Wayne Mayes II: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility (Class C misdemeanor)

Carly Cay Potter: Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony)

Heather Nichole Woods: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Criminal trespass (Class A misdemeanor)
