VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Billy Dwayne Kendall: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Level 6 Felony)

Joe Lee Lockridge: Domestic battery (Level 5 Felony)

Ricky Dee Jones Jr.: Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 4 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Glenn Duenas Wineinger: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Class A misdemeanor)

Corporal Jamal Mcknight: Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor)

Breanne K. Lahart: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person (Level 6 Felony)

Michael David Oakley: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Joseph Daniel Nelson: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Joshua James Martin: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Cory Michael Stevens: Dealing in methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor)

Jesse James Greenwell: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Geramy D. Drummer: Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony), Carrying a handgun without a license (Level 5 Felony)

Charles M. Robinson: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Theft (Class A misdemeanor)

Delmar Roy Oldham: Domestic battery by means of a deadly weapon (Level 5 Felony), Criminal recklessness (Class B misdemeanor)

Ashley Phyliss Drane: Strangulation (Level 6 Felony)
