 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Mark L. Partridge: Domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily injury (Level 6 Felony)

Dshara Roxanne Miles: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Paul Anthony Hammonds: Operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony)

Falan Marie Miller: Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), Intimidation (Level 5 Felony)

Ronald Gillenwater: Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age (Level 5 Felony), Domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age (Level 5 Felony)

Laterence Oneal Taylor: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony), Battery resulting in bodily injury (Class A misdemeanor)

Shawn M. Mason: Domestic battery against a disabled person resulting in bodily injury (Level 5 Felony)

Nathen Stephen Jackson: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a controlled substance (Class A misdemeanor), Leaving the scene of an accident (Class B misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class A misdemeanor)

Hasani Alexandria Gyden: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor)

Tyrone Lee Williams: Dealing in a schedule I controlled substance (Level 2 Felony), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Sharla A. Babb: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

China Marie Sherman: Intimidation (Level 6 Felony)

Lazarion Anir McBaine: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Heather Elizabeth McDaniel: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Criminal mischief (Class B misdemeanor)

Aimee Renee Adcock: Neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a passenger less than 18 years of age (Level 6 Felony), Residential entry (Level 6 Felony)

Nykia Kiayara Collins: Theft (Level 6 Felony)

Dalles Michael Gilchrist: Battery resulting in serious bodily injury (Level 5 Felony)

Dylan Anderson Peters: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
