VANDERBURGH COUNTY FELONY CHARGES

 Evansville, IN – Below are the felony cases to be filed by the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office today.

Vicktoria R. Bretz: Auto theft (Level 6 Felony)

Jeffrey David Crumbacher: Operating a vehicle while intoxicated (Level 6 Felony), Operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.15 or more (Level 6 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility (A infraction), Driving while suspended (A infraction)

Amy Marie Ellert: Disorderly conduct (Level 6 Felony)

Donavan Eugene Sweeney: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony)

Peggy S. Serio: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), Possession of marijuana (Class B misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Charles Buddy Fair: Possession of methamphetamine (Level 5 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony), Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)

Trafori Maurice Bailey Jr.: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony), Invasion of privacy (Class A misdemeanor)

Lindsey W. Marlor: Battery against a public safety official (Level 6 Felony), Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Domestic battery (Class A misdemeanor), Resisting law enforcement (Class A misdemeanor)

Kenan L. Morse: Unlawful possession of syringe (Level 6 Felony), Possession of a narcotic drug (Level 6 Felony), Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony), Cruelty to an animal (Class A misdemeanor), Possession of paraphernalia (Class C misdemeanor)
